Initiated and coordinated by the Israel Cancer Association USA based in West Palm Beach, FL, the Symposium brought together the scientists to meet and share cancer research being conducted at the various institutions. This effort is the first step toward fostering scientific and grant collaborations, creating joint publications, advancing science, and developing new drugs for cancer prevention and therapy. ICA will host the Scripps Florida scientists in Israel in 2012.
